General Terms

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by The Shore House.
Guests must provide valid government-issued ID at check-in.
Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
The Shore House reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Payment Terms

Advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Additional charges may apply for extra services, amenities, or damages.
Payments are collected directly by our team (for example via UPI / bank / cash) during phone confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation: Up to 24 hours before check-in time (2:00 PM).
Partial refund: 50% refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in.
No refund: For same-day cancellations or no-shows.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

Room Terms

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms and common areas.
Guests are responsible for any damage to property or furnishings.
Maximum occupancy must not exceed the room's stated capacity.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is obtained.

Water Activities Terms

All participants must sign a liability waiver before participating.
Life jackets and safety equipment are mandatory and provided.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Activities are weather-dependent and may be rescheduled or cancelled for safety.
Full payment is required before activity start. No refunds for late arrivals.
The Shore House is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

Bike Rental Terms

Valid ID and driving license required at rental time.
Riders must be 16+ years old with valid license.
Refundable security deposit applies (amount varies by bike type).
Helmets are recommended; renter is responsible for safety.
No stunt or off-road riding. Not allowed after 8 PM without permission.
Late returns are charged extra. Management not liable for injuries.
Cancellation: Free before 1 hour, 50% for late cancellations.

Liability & Responsibility

The Shore House is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
Guests participate in activities at their own risk.
Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Malvan, Maharashtra courts.
